Depending on the issue it may take a few days or longer to get this resolved. Sky should know tomorrow after getting the engineer's report and should know what is hapening so give them a call.

Something about the wire and maybe it was cut or a neighbour was using it has anyone any idea about this issue and if it is easily resolved ? Thank you
