The wifi isn't working tidy, my partner plays xbox and cants finish as game as it always lacks connection from wifi

Is the WIFi bad on all devices or just some? Have you run the connection test on the My Sky app?

li’ve tried testing it it says it's all good but still doesn't work sometimes and all devices

Is there anything connected via ethernet you can try and test to see if its your WiFi or the whole connection thats causing the issue
