You need to have a fall back plan for when the connection is down.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If the lights on your hub show the connection has dropped (&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start&lt;/A&gt;) then log into the My Sky app over a mobile connection and run the service checker it msy not have picked up thst your connection is down but it will tell you if Sky are aware of a fault affecting your line. If they aren't call Sky to report it. Faults reported todsy on domestic lines should normally be fixed by Thursday night but after last weekend's storm it could take longer as Openreach are very busy.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Wifi keeps dropping....hp2 area. Work from home and this service is frustrating. I changed to sky because i was led to belive signal would be good enough.....i am loosing hours over this issue....please advice</description>
