If thst is low click on the broadband link as that will give you more information including the guaranteed speed and the recent history it should also offer to book an engineer to check the line.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;However if that is as it should be the issue is likely in your home and is probably poor wifi speeds from the hub to the device. If the hub is not out in the open on a surface zbove obstructions like furniture etc move it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
