Thank you but, unfortunately, I've just tried both suggestions to no avail. The security was already on WPA2 and the message persists even when the 5ghz disabled.

I've recently had fibre installed and upgraded the old black sky hub to the new white Sky Max hub. I'm currently trying to connect my wireless printer and it's saying there are 'multiple networks broadcasting with the same SSID' and, as such, refuses to connect.

Does anyone know why and if so, how to prevent this?

Thank you

With a white Max Hub you may need to reduce the wireless security level from WPA3 to WPA2-PSK using the Hub settings in the My Sky app.

You can use the same settings to temporarily disable the 5Ghz WiFi band: remember to re-enable it afterwards if you do this.
