External ONT box cover broken

Hi,

I've had sky broadband installed recently. The engineer appears to have either broken the external ONT box cover or simply forgotten to secure it shut properly , either way the cables are exposed to the elements of the weather. I tried to tape the box back until something can be done but with the high winds it keeps falling off. I can't see any screws on the ground . I can't get through to a real person with Sky. What should I do please ?

For clarity, the external enclosure is the CSP (Customer Service Point)

It's the internal powered box which is the Optical Network Terminal.

Oh ok thank you :). I am not very technical sorry😬. The box the engineer put a live line for the phone connection ( he said something along the way) is open which is outside the house . It's brown in colour if that helps.
