      <description>&lt;P&gt;Eventually got through to a Sky Technician who initially said that everything was OK but would monitor over a few hours and phone me back at an agreed time. Have to say that call was returned on time and that continuous monitoring picked up fault and Engineer visit has now been arranged. Problem appears to be that online help system is instantaneous and not able to pick up intermittent problems.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
