Receiving a GRE error when connecting to work VPN

I receive the above error when connecting to my work VPN. How can I allow Generic Routing Encapsulation on my Router?

I've tried port forwarding and disabling the broadband shield already.

I've also set up new firewall rules on my laptop to allow GRE and specifically port 1723 as advised online.

The issue still persists so it must be relating to my Router.

Then it's almost certainly a problem related to Sky deploying 8:1 Map-T IPv4 address sharing. You'll need to fill in the form linked from the pinned post at the top of this forum, which is effectively a request to have Map-T removed from the circuit to the property.

You could also try toggling UPnP through the Hub administration settings in the My Sky app: this moves Map-T from 8:1 to 1:1 which solves some VPN issues.
