Sky Q Boxes Slowing Down Wifi

Hi,

I have today installed our new Sky Max Hub - when stood by the hub and I do a speed test I get the 500mb download as promised.

The problem I have is when I step away from rhe router (which is in a utility room!) then our sky boxes are acting as wifi satellites and the wifi drops to under 50mb download - we have a main sky q box and 3 multi room boxes round the house so our wifi speed round the house is terrible!

Is there anything I can do to prevent the tv boxes from slowing the WiFi?

With a Max Hub in place, they aren't doing so unless you've manually activated the hotspot function.
