Home screen okay, nothing loads

I'm able to access the Home page, however no programs will load, including catch up. Using a Sky Pick; wi-fi good and serviced checker says all okay for connections and broadband. Only I think may be different is that the 'Openreach' pre-hub(?) is only showing three green lights; I'm sure it normally has four green lights!

If you mean the ont then so long as power, pon are steady green and lan is flashing green then there should be no issues

I reset the puck via the system menu and seemed to resolve the issue.

Thanks for the replies, at the very least I now understand what the ONT should be displaying.
