      <description>I'm able to access the Home page, however no programs will load, including catch up. Using a Sky Pick; wi-fi good and serviced checker says all okay for connections and broadband. Only I think may be different is that the 'Openreach' pre-hub(?) is only showing three green lights; I'm sure it normally has four green lights!</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you mean the ont then so long as power, pon are steady green and lan is flashing green then there should be no issues&lt;/P&gt;</description>
