Picture on live tv keeps freezing

The picture keeps freezing but sound carries on while watching live TV , the puck box is now hard wired to the broadband box as I thought it maybe the signal that was being interrupted, but only a slight improvement noticed. The problem seems to happen after 17:00 or between 7:00 -9:00 am . I have tried to reset the Tv and puck box with no improvement . Please can you help!!
