&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If this doesn't help then&amp;nbsp;150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>No broadband, orange flashing light</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My broadband has just stopped working in the last hour. Have tried resetting, turning off at the mains and checked service status but saying no problems. Middle light on router keeps flashing orange whilst other two green. Anyone know how to speak to sky directly?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
