Does anyone think the fibre broadband is actually slower than there previous cooper wired? Mines certainly is , I have the fibre 150 and it's horrid!! They test the speed at 0459 in the morning no wonder it's 150, just done an independent test and it was 25 mbps and has been as low as 12 !!

@Eggomk1 the most likely explanation is that you are running speed tests on a device connected by slow wifi. Full fibre speds are not affected by the length of tge line or by bad weather unlike the service over copper. In theory you can get contention (too many users trying to useca link at once) but in practice that is extremly rare and shouldn't affect people on the slower connections.

However faster connection to to the hub does not translate to faster wifi so to get reliable spedtest results tey should becrun overca direct ethernet cable.
