Thank you, I looked to get a brick buster cover to put over it but as the cable goes horizontal and then diagonal instead of vertical didn't seem viable.

Hi, I've had a new FTTP install yesterday, all appears to be working great.

Issue I have is with the external fibre optic cable coming into my external wall and rain ingress.

Who do I contact to get fixed? Thanks.

Thats a bit poor, it should be sealed with a plastic cap cover over it.

I've escalated your post to Sky, look out for a message on the forum

And ideally a drip loop, although the bend radius on a fibre drop cable isn't great for that.

Is there a number I can call about getting this resolved? It doesn't seem to fit in a categorisation that the My Sky chat bot can deal with and shunts me back to this community forum. The My Sky website support triaging system can see that my service is healthy, and also shunts me back to this community forum too lol.
