Just because its worked in the past, doesnt mean it will work now. Anything can cause WiFi conditions to change including changes to your house or your neighbour. Even so much as getting a new appliance like a fridge or oven.

To me it sounds like you need to chain more than one booster to achieve what you want

Please help, I'm on a rolling contract which has just started as i dont want to commit to the unreliability of our current sky. My booster isn't connecting, I have a constant orange light, reset routers/booster time and time again, half the house has no WiFi or very poor, particularly upstairs, the tester shows no problems and shows everything is connected. This is so wrong. I have a grown up kid working from home, it's a disaster.

Thank you in advance

Has the booster been working previously?

Have you held the reset button on the booster for 30 seconds, then re-paired it with the hub using the WPS button?

Thx for replying, Its always been hit and miss but sorted with resets, tried it all, even borrowed a neighbours booster to see if that worked, which it didn't.

The router is in the lounge and booster is in the kitchen with a small kitchen inbetween.

If its happening with different boosters/routers this suggests you've got the booster too far away from the hub to maintain a solid connection

Yes, it does work in the same room as the router but then the other side of the house, which isn't large still doesn't get coverage and It has worked in the past.

I'd observe that a typical kitchen is full of things which aren't ideal for wireless signalling...
