    <description>&lt;P&gt;Since getting home at 8pm my &amp;nbsp;internet has not been working since (my wife reckons it's not been working since this afternoon) !!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've just spent over 2 hours &lt;SPAN&gt;running connection checker on the My Sky App and following the various instructions and still no internet.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;the checks state &amp;nbsp;is that there's no local issues and that my broadband and WiFi set up is apparently ok however the Q box only has 2 green lights showing (power and WiFi) while the middle internet light is either off or flashing amber / orange?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I've tried pressing the reset button, powering down the QBox, &amp;nbsp;removing all the wires and and then plugging them back and still no luck.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;it's frustrating that you can't actually speak to Sky after 9pm&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
