https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/Upgrade-to-full-Fibre-500-Teething-Problems/m-p/4840887#M445684 <P>Hello, yesterday had a full fibre 500 upgrade installed... previously we had a rock solid broadband connection, albeit limited in speed to around 25-30MB, so decided to take the plunge.&nbsp;</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>First 24hrs have been massively hit and miss... connection has dropped completely a couple of times (requiring router reset) and speeds at end points in the home seem wildly variable when i run basic speedtests.&nbsp; My work Teams calls have been impacted multiple times and my son who is an avid gamer is fuming at the 'glitchiness' he is experiencing which is a step backwards from what we previously had with our 30MB broadband.&nbsp;</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Is it normal to have this instability with a fibre install?
