Wifi not staying connected

WiFi keeps cutting out....probably 20 times today. Tried resetting but no change. App says there's an issue but when click on it, it says everything is green

The page isn't accepting admin as the username or my WiFi password

Alternate username and password for the horizontal type hub

Username admin

Password sky

Or press the reset button on the back of the hub until the lights flash and whichever hub you have use a chrome browser

The speed look fine but the hub reset the broadband connection 6 minutes ago

This if happening more than 10 times a day needs reporting to sky
