Unable to reschedule engineer appointment

Unable to reschedule engineer appointment. I'm abroad and can't call. The chat robot is worse than useless. How can I contact anyone at sky to reschedule the appointment? Using the 'help' service sends me round in circles.

Have you checked to see if you can do this via your online account here:

https://www.sky.com/ordertracking

If not try contacting Sky via the likes of Facebook messenger or whatapp.

You can try social media, we wont have direct links.

Alternatively I have escalated your post on the forum to Sky. Look out for a message on the forum. Note that Sky may be delayed in getting back to you for the next 24-48hrs.

Thanks s lot for the help. Ill wait 48 hrs then. The provisional appointment isn't until 23th.

I'll try and find the antisocial media platforms after that.

And sometime the genuine ones are difficult to find and they need to be UK ones in this case.
