My WiFi is not working on my devices however when I check it on my sky app it says everything is ok. I called sky this morning and it said there was a home set up error. I'm unsure what else to do as I've tested my wifi and rebooted it several times and my devices say I'm connected but I'm unable to use anything/ work from home.
