&lt;P&gt;If Sky has sent you message saying there is a problem then it will be something outside of your property so does anything appear here for you:&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Broadband not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had a message from Sky this morning saying there was a problem with the broadband in my area. I still have no connection but Sky are now saying there is no problem in my area. I have followed the procedures on Sky but still have no connections.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
