On a Sky Q Hub and Sky Broadband Hub the bands can be split and independently renamed, so guaranteeing which one a device connects to. This isn't possible with the white Max Hub: that only has an option to disable bands, not separate and rename them.

I have multiple Amazon echos the 2 in the lounge are stereo'd , however they have stopped working . I have noticed 1 is now on 5ghz and the other 24th z. Can anyone tell me how to sort this please ? Ultimately I would like all devices on same band . TIA Kev

That makes sense: at a distance the 2.4Ghz signal will be stronger because 5Ghz attenuates faster.
