      <description>&lt;P&gt;Having the same issue, this is the fourth time in around 3 months. Lost access earlier this week, reported it to Sky and as usual there was a fault that needed repairing. Internet came back on yesterday for the day but now has gone again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All lights are on but no Internet access. Tried all the standard steps to fix/identify the problem but nothing is working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At this point I'll be looking at other providers, the frequency of issues is really not good and losing access for several days at a time is leaving me unable to work.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
