The latter you can check by runing the service checker innthe My Sky app if you click through on the broadband link it will givecyou the current speed and tge minimum for yoir line. If thecservicecis running slowlybthen thecapp should offer help.</P> <P>&nbsp;</P> <P>If ygst is OK it is poor WiFi in your home which isnt something Sky can control.
