Wi-Fi keeps dropping and restarts

Wi-Fi drops. Restarts orange light- works for a few mins the drops again. Works for and hour then drops again.

Turned hub off and back on again. Still does it. Turned of hub and sky q box restarted hub then the q box. Did it again about 30 mins later...

any ideas? It's getting annoying now.
