Switched from BT broadband to Sky on 22 April, have had to reconnect all Sky Q boxes every time we switch tvs on (over 60 + times now). Was told it takes 10 days for Sky to bed in, now getting a technical fault display and no boxes connecting, wish we'd stayed with BT Broadband, Sky not working efficiently since installation. Engineers came out last Thursday and said nothing they could do until the first 10 days is up, that's happened and still no Sky Q boxes 😡

You would be best to contact Sky CS and request a WiFi specialist with Q knowledge to have a look at what is going on.
