The issue is caused by the fact the new white Sky Max hub does not support the now old Sky Q wifi mesh so cannot connect to the Q minis by WiFi.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Keep getting message can't connect to main sky q box from mini box, this is so frustrating that if not fixed I am cancelling my package, this is more so since I upgraded to better WiFi hub, all other WiFi products work fine it's only my mini boxes&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;And note the key is to emphasise it's a Q television issue, rather than a more general one with WiFi.&amp;nbsp; Sky charges extra to address the latter.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
