&lt;P&gt;Of course that's a scam: such a takeover would be a huge change in the UK broadband market.&amp;nbsp; Any business merger on that scale would be all over the news and take months (if not years) to happen.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Since late 2018, Sky Group has been an overseas division of the US Comcast Corporation who paid 39 billion dollars for the acquisition: this means Sky itself is no longer available for takeover by anyone as it doesn't have publicly traded shares.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
