Once sorted you should get a reliable service.

We just got sky installed yesterday and our internet just went. Called customer service and told them the alarm light on the box is red. They said that means there is an outage and to call back in 24hours if it's not back. Is this normal? Can't believe this as we've barely had it for a day!
