Date and time stamp match when i try to make a call using the communicator app on a windows laptop connected to the WIFI.

Anyone had this problem, or can i allow this specific thing through the firewall?

@jamie149 any router Firewall is there to block unauthorised incoming contact so it is doing its job. In general where an external server needs to initiate contact to a device runing an app you need to open and forward the relevant port to the device. However I can see you have another post on the same subject so please use that thred.
