My Internet keeps dropping off.

I have done all that your website has said to check and reset both the Q sky box and hub. But still no change .As I am writing this on my phone using 5G.

My PC and TV both states that I've lost Internet connection.

We're having the same issue lately but when the WiFi drops off, our phones are draining data. Myself and 3 kids have all gone from over 2gb each to 0gb in 24 hours. When I test it within the app, sky tells me everything is good and has no issues whilst I look at a buffering Netflix screen and unable to work on my laptop. This new community nonsense makes it even harder to speak to a tech who will help
