Hi over the past few weeks we have noticed the WiFi is slow/ poor. I use teams a lot for work at the calls keep breaking up due to poor connection. This is a big problem when trying to work for home. All the tests say everything is fine when clearly there is a problem.

@Mike8519 Are you using a device connected by WiFi? In which case the issue could simply be poor wifi connection in your home. Apps like Teams need decent steady connection if you are some distance from the hub thst could explain your issue.

Run the service checker in the My Sky app to exclude issues with the Broadband connection - if you click on the broadband link it will show tge spedd history for the last few weeks and the guaranteed spedd fir your line. if that is normal it is likely to be poor wifi.
