Connection problems since moving too fibre

Since having fibre broadband fitted my Internet and television connection have gone really poor. My hub has been fitted in my kitchen where none of my television or devices are which seems wrong too me. I'm not happy with how my service is currently running and need this resolving. Can we look into it please, thanks.
