    <description>&lt;P&gt;Woke up this morning to no internet but there are no reports of it being down through down detector etc yet the app says there is a problem in my area. Can't work from home or control my central heating as everything is through the wifi.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You will have to be patient while Openreach sort the issue nobody can give you anything other than a guess of how long that will take&lt;/P&gt;
