topic Old sky box in Broadband

When you set me up here you connected the old box that I brought from my last address (a few years old) . Unfortunately you sent a new box to my old address .. that didn't get redirected to me until your engineer had been here and set me up. My WiFi connection has been a bit troublesome since I moved in. Sometimes isn't connected and I get a 'privacy issue' message especially late at night and early hours. I'm thinking the new box that you sent needs to be fitted so I get the full experience without problems.
would you be able to send an Engineer to swap the sky boxes over? Thank you

@CB661 you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum. If you now have the new Sky hub you can swap these over yourself - Sky do not normally send out engineers to do this. The box the hub came in has full instructions how to plug the new unit in. However you would have to connect your wifi devices yourself using the password printed on the hub.
