Unfortunately you sent a new box to my old address .. that didn't get redirected to me until your engineer had been here and set me up. My WiFi connection has been a bit troublesome since I moved in. Sometimes isn't connected and I get a 'privacy issue' message especially late at night and early hours. I'm thinking the new box that you sent needs to be fitted so I get the full experience without problems.&nbsp;<BR />would you be able to send an Engineer to swap the sky boxes over? If you now have the new Sky hub you can swap these over yourself - Sky do not normally send out engineers to do this. The box the hub came in has full instructions how to plug the new unit in.
