The inconvenient thing where this happens is once disconnected it is effectively impossible to get the service back.

I'm about to move home in a couple of days. When do Sky cut off the current address? Can it be a day or two beforehand?

I've gotten an appointment for installation at the new address. So that's all sorted and welll within the required notification time. My question was to do with cut off times for my current address as I'm now without broadband and not moved yet.
