topic WiFi strength in Broadband

Past 2 months I've had nothing but poor signal all over the house. From randomly losing connection on our Sky TV to completely having no WiFi for a hour or 2. On our phones it says "weak security" next to the the sky router name.

Using social media is a challenge along with our gaming consoles never having enough strength to connect to online. It's got to the point where everyone in the house has to use mobile data to browse the internet.
