    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hold down the reset button on the back of the booster for around 10 seconds, or until the power light flashes green three times. This will perform a hard reset.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once two lights are back on try again, hold the wps button down on the booster until it flashes amber, then do the same on the router.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it still fails to connect, try a hard reset of the router in the the same way as with the booster.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, if you have Sky Q this will disconnect them from the network, meaning that each box would need network resetting and re meshing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any custom settings such as change of SSID and / or password would be lost in the event of the hard reset of the router.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A hard reset of the booster should be all that it needs &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":crossed_fingers:"&gt;🤞&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, i recieved my sky wifi booster today and after following instructions the middle connected light does not illuminate at all not even the red light to say out of range?? Ive even tried in the same room as the router&lt;/P&gt;</description>
