You'd need to contact Sky directly for an update. I suspect the engineer hasnt actually raised anything for you and you'll need to report this as an issue via the usual Sky contact channels.

We moved house last Thursday and had the engineer come out on Friday (22nd) - he got us connected with internet and tv working but not as they should be. He said it was a sky issue that he escalated but we want an update and can't work out how to get this!

He said he couldn't run the cable from either option - one was too far and one blocked a window of a neighbour so he couldn't run it.

I work from home so this is a big issue I need resolved - the internet is very hit and miss and the tv constantly cuts out and freezes!

and to make matters worse we've had no update but just paid our first bill - to which we haven't recieved the full service we are paying for!! Not the best first week with sky in our new home!
