Exactly the same happening to me here in Cornwall, I work from home and need a stable connection. My app tells me all is fine when I check, and then when I try to check during an outage it tells me I have no internet connection and can't check. I'm so frustrated because the Sky help pages are no help. I'm hoping someone from Sky spots this thread and responds.

We've been frequently losing connection for the past 5 days. Within less than 2 hours, it has occurred 6 times today. It's greatly affecting WFH. Some of the lights go red. Any solution to this?

The MySky app seems to think everything is fine. I assumed it was temporary due to the Storm but it's still occuring even days later. I had this issue back in August as well; I called Sky back then and they told me there was nothing wrong on their side. 😐

Your router is showing a low uptime for WAN which suggests its dropping out. First thing to do is reconnect all your broadband cables and make sure they are tightly fitted. Then reboot your hub
