My Internet hub made a loud crackle noise and it's now all gone off completely.I have no Internet or phone.....

Which hub do you have?

Is the power light off?

What colour are the other lights?

There are no lights at all.....unplugged it and done all the normal things but there is no power.I am not sure on the make....Model:SR204

Sounds like the sr204 is banjaxed.
