    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've had no broadband for over two weeks now. Sky are now saying it's a known software issue. Router keeps pulsing green light. Openreach have been out last week and can't find an issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone else having similar issues. Not exactly ideal and not what I expect from Sky&lt;/P&gt;</description>
