&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Cloud_(company)" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;'_The Cloud'&lt;/A&gt; is not linked to your home Sky Broadband subscription in any way: it's a weird and frankly vestigal legacy service which almost no-one at Sky itself appears to know about.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There&amp;nbsp; are related email addresses listed at &lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-complaints" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-complaints&lt;/A&gt; and &lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-faqs" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-faqs&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;but the Help section and Marketing Preferences access&amp;nbsp; at &lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/wifi" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.sky.com/wifi&lt;/A&gt; are broken (which is probably a bit of a clue)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Sky doesn't have authenticated public WiFi in the way BT Broadband does: Sky Hubs do not broadcast a Guest SSID for other Sky subscribers to use.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;OK at home. Major snags local Nero coffee shop and their free Sky WiFi _The Cloud wifi. My usual details not working. Nor can I access anywhere to change or check details,. Except my general Sky account. Anybody help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
