Hi my WiFi check is saying there's no problem with my devices yet we have had virgin connecting new connections the last two weeks... since that the signal for WiFi in the house is awful. My boys can't physically play on their Xbox as there ping is so high (800) when it's should he between 0-20. I paid extra to get the better service from you but the speed I am being shown on this tester doesn't add up to what we are actually getting is there anything that can be done to solve this please?
