Similar symptoms but totally different solution.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can check thecspeed to your hub by running the service checker in the My Sky app clicking on the broadbsnd link which should give you the current speed, the recent hiistory and the guaranteed speed for you line. If thecspedd is too low Sky should het Openreach to check the line.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Slow wifi in your home is unfortunately not something Sky can control its often down to the layout and type of construction of your home. Many homes need more than a single wifi sourcecto give reasonable wifi in every room.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
