topic Outdated equipment in Broadband

Hi there,

My parents WiFi box is extremely slow and I believe it is outdated as it is nearly 10 years old and has been used constantly in that time. They are struggling to open basic apps and watch online services such as YouTube. There is only 4 devices connected to their WiFi (two phones, a tablet and a tv) so I don't believe the issue is due to connected devices. Is it possible to send out a new WiFi box to help improve their connections?
