HI ,

I am still waiting for my broadband to be activated.

it ha sbeen nealry a month now. they keep saying that Openareach shuld come to com[lete the job outside the proprerty but havent recevied any furthwer updarted or any other messages.

can you give an advise to try to push Sky thorugh for this?

I phoned them u and I was told to check online my order stauts which still the same

There isn't much Sky can do as Openreach will work at their own speed, have Sky said that they know of a date that they are due to do thsi work as that is pretty much all you can push them for.

they gave me a date for19/11/24 but havent got any more updated after that.
