&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Sky and other domestic ISPs don't guarantee 100% uptime unfortunately you'll need to be patient while the outage is resolved in your area.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It's also likely Force Majuere may be in force.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Day 3 and our in internet is still down, u can't even speak to anyone, it says an outage and it should be fixed in 48hrs maximum, am running out of data and I won't be able to use my phone for work, an absolute joke, also when your paying for a service and you can't use it.....&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
