&lt;P&gt;An amber internet light means the hub has lost its connection to the exchange. Run the service checker in the My Sky app over a mobile connection to see if it tells you whether Sky are aware of the issue or not. If they arent give them a call to report the problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
