There are literally millions of Sky Stream pucks working without issue but you do need good wifi or use an Ethernet cable. Poor wifi has multiple causes mainly down to the layout and type of construction of your home. I have three pucks and a Glass TV but my Sky hub cannot give sufficent coverage for every room so I use a third party WiFi solution.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately Sky's marketing department imply these units connect by magic when unfortunately in praxtice the laws of physics dictate whether they work well or not.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
